bend pak bendpak sold equipment that is not working properly and defective santa paula, California

i received a bendpak 4 post lift, model # HDSO-14LSX, ON 4/26/2012.   It was installed by a 5 star technician from a local tire company.  from day one, the lift has done the following:

vibrated going up and down
has thrown a car off of the roll jacks
has rubbed a channel under the cables from a block hitting when lowering and raising
squeeks when in use, only later to find out that it was full of welding burrs
doesn't lock all locks at one time.
does not sit level on floor.

after this repair person installed it, he came back an additional 2 more times only to correct what another 2 technicians on 3 trips had reset.  none of the installers, could solve the problem.  the only issue that has been resolved is the squeeling from use and that was repaired.
the vibration up and down, the channel rubbing is still going on as we speak. 

they have not addressed the problem by representative or manufacturer call backs. 
emails, phone calls to the salesman, phone calls to the plant in california have resulted in no success in repairs of the lift. 

i have simply asked for a new lift and it has gone unheard.  i am not able to align vehicles over 8000 lbs. due to the popping and rocking when in operation up and lowering.  it is downright scarry.   the worn out lift i had, operated smoother than this. 

if this is their premium lift for alignment and its produced in china, maybe they need to come back to the u.s. and get the product made.  china isn't working out, that's pretty evident.+
