In the summer of 2013 Pamela Brown asked my daughter to ride a pony for at a show .Ms Brown sent two ponies and paid all expenses including class fees . Ms Brown asked if the pony she did not sell could live and be trained by us . She said she had no money and not even afford health insurance for herself . Felt bad for her and I would do it if she gave me 20 percent commission of sale or lease along with percentage of sale price . Fox Ridge Tango arrived here on Sept 2012 . She arrived with another pony , I had purchased from someone else . After several days , it was very clear the pony needed lots of training . She could not canter at right speed and had never jumped a vertical . After many months of training we wanted to take Tango to a show . As part of the agreement Ms Brown was supposed to trailer us . She texted me at 530 am the day of show and said she was not coming . Had paid to have pony braided , clipped and entry fees . Talked to Ms Brown several times in January . She kept changing her story and refused to produce Coggins and Rabie records for pony . I offered several times to buy pony because I realized something was not right . On March 17 2013 Pamela Brown showed up walked in field tried to take pony . It was 30 degrees that day and ripped the ponies blankets off . The pony was body clipped . Blocked Browns trailer with car till State Police came . Horse was on trailer thrashing for over forty minutes . Tango was lame the next day from incident . Called vet . Ms Brown refused to pay for vetinary care . Hired an attorney and told Ms Brown she will be responsible for training board , vet and farrier services . Sent her bills monthly . Lawyer told her to sell me pony to payoff bills She refused any correspondences Lauren Newmeyer contacted my daughter pretending to be a teen named Kerry Mc Guinness to inquire about pony . On. July 20, 2013 witness saw Bernadete Pupilla take pony from a our hired trailer at New Jersey Horse Park . The New Jersey State Police are still investigating We are the fifth person these cion artists scammed . Pamela Brown has stolen service from trainers and dealers Ms Pupilla is on here for theft dating June 10 , 2013 Do not do business with the above

AGAIN...Benadette had no connection w/removing a pony from the NJ Horse Park. She was only there as a bystander. In following court procedings, she was not even mentioned. It was found that the owner of the pony, myself was in complete accordence of the law of removing the pony from the people that leased her due to fraud, lack of providing proper lease agreements. Moreover, the persons accusing in these procedings have also been sued by Adele Seesa for over $9000.00 for non payment of board, and damages to a truck. (Monmouth County Court). All issues regarding this incident have been resolved in court w/myself, Bernadette and Lauren Newymeyer released from any further suits.

Stolen Pony Tango

Myself,Pamel Brown, Bernadette Pupilla and Lauren Newmeyer were accused by Kerri Meyers and her daughter of stealing the pony, Fox Ridge Tango. Ms. Meyers and her daughter filed a criminal case against me in Superior court of NJ, and I was found not guilty of any wrong doing. The pony was NOT stolen, and all 22 counts she presented to the court were denied. All claims made by Ms. Meyers are false and the entire matter has been settled. Neither Ms . Pupilla nor Ms. Newmeyer have ever attempted to scam or defraud other horse owners. Further more Ms. Meyers was found guilty of nonpayment of board in a different case in Monmouth co. Superior Court and ordered to pay $9000.00 to Adele Sessa.
No charges were ever brought against Ms. Pupilla or Ms. Newmeyer , nor were either of them a party to any wrongdoing.

When she claims you owe her money it means that she scammed you into a fraudulent deal and then turned around and claims you now have to pay her. She threatens with leins etc. Just google her.

Little Ripple Farm has no connection with this story. Bernadette was at the show merely as a bystander with her own pony, and a witness to seeing the trailer blocking and was questioned by police as such; not a suspect, evident when police discovered the trailer moved by whoever owned it. Other then that day, we were not aware nor privey to this conflict, and respectively wish to be removed.
As to the mention of previous report, that is an incident between Mrs. Pupilla and a Border that has no other connections to anyone elsewhere named in this report. IE, a personal conflict between the two about a debt unpaid. Thank you.
