I am confused. How is it this person is able to convince people to give her money for these mortgage scams! Is there anyone out there that has had a positive experience with her? If these programs are so reputable and productive, then why is she herself financially destroyed? She claims to be renting a room. Is that because this scam hasn't worked and she is now homeless? In addition she has resorted to asking strangers for handouts and "loans". Is that a typicalbehavior for someone who promotes methods to make money? I just don't get it. Who would take the advice of someone who "borrows" large sums of money from complete strangers?

Just give it up.  Your responses are clear evidence of your probable guilt of whatever the author is charging.  You haven't provided any 'legal notice' of anything, only public proof that you are a mindless twit.

It's rather humourous, exactly what was predicted has happened.  Threats of lawsuits and the "see you in court" attitude are the reason to avoid dealings with these crackpots.   Heed their warning and avoid these scams and the people who propose this nonsense.  Their comments only prove they are unstable, nothing more.  That alone is proof enough to steer clear.
