Best Buy Best, Buy Does Not stand behind Whirlpool Washer or Extended Warranty Rancho Cucamonga California

I purchased a Whirlpool washer for $968.00 from Best Buy in Rancho Cucamoga, CA. along with the extended warranty service contract from the GEEK Squad (owned by Best Buy).

My Whirlpool washer has broken down numerous times since it was purchased. GEEK Squad service contract is worthless. The GEEK Squad came out to repair my washer three times and each time my washer did not work properly.

The third time they came out and did not repair the washer, I said this is a lemon and wanted it replaced. Best Buy and GEEK Squad response's was since the repairs were done within 90 days it is consider only one visit not four and I did not qualify for a replacement Whirlpool washer under the Lemon law.

My washer has been broken since Oct. 27th this last time, 18 days ago and still does not work. I called the Best Buy service desk, who told me that they would contact the service technician to come back out to repair the washer, I told them the technician was out yesterday and that he could not repair the washer. Best Buy's solution was to send an e-mail to the technician supervisor to see if he can repair the washer.

Best Buy does not stand behind the product they sell and they do not stand behind their customer service warranty's. I"ve called Best Buy's service desk, I've spoken to the assistance manager where I purchased the washer and they all say they are sorry, but the only person that can help me is the technician supervisor whom it seems no one can contact.

Please do not purchase any thing from Best Buys.
