Big Dawg Carts Barry, Nick Small ,BIG DAWG CARTS IS A BIG RIPP OFF!!!!! BUYER Beware Fort Lauderdale, Florida

In September 2010, my husband saw an add on Ebay and decided to look into this hot dog cart. He called and spoke to someone named Barry and the deal was closed by Sunday that week the cart was delivered. We paid cash on delivery, Barry and another person delivered the cart sept 12, 2010 we gave him $1550.00 but he forgot the receipt at home and said he would fax it to us. It took him 2 weeks and finally on the 23 of Sept. Barry or Nick or whater they call themseleves faxed it to my husband work. Since then we have had nothing but headaches. the water tank is the wrong tank. It comes from a pesticide company and was broken since we got it. We called and told him about it and we are still waiting! That was 3 weeks ago.  Nothing on the cart is as it is in the add. The add also said it has a warranty for 2 years. we can't even get a call back from him to get a new water tank no less warranty any part of the cart! The first day we went to take the cart out the hot water line blew and then the gas line blew. Lucky it didn't blow up the my garage. Nick never hooked up the lines and tighten them the way they should have been. So now we have no hot water because every time you heat up the lines the water line gets too hot and the line gets a hole in it and blows.

And Ebay lets him continue to sell. I tried to get my money back from Ebay and they said because i went off of Ebay and paid outside of Ebay my purchase isn't covered so  i can't get my money back. Well  I told them if they look at their own adds  thats the only way to pay for the Damb thing and Ebay knows that. Everything you sell  on Ebay you have to pay a fee when it sells . When he sold me my cart they have no record of it, I wonder Why? But we are the bad one's here. Now the only way for me to get my money back is to take him to court.   Where is the justice in all this I ask?  Lucky i live in Florida less than 1 hour from him. I will make sure i get my money back and make sure he never sells another hot dog cart, ice cream cart or any other cart in florida.  I lost my job last month and this was to be my only means of income now i have none. My husband just lost his job and now we bot have nothing. We have a hot dog cart that is made of pure junk. the trailer doesn't even fit on our hitch because ther is something wrong with the hookup. Nick even changes the name of his business so buyer Beware. Don' buy off of Ebay because you can't pay by paypal and you will not be reinbursed if anything Happens....
