I ordered a textbook Political Ideologies and the Democratic Ideal by Terence Ball from the seller in question, because it was the cheapest I could find for the book. The seller listed the order as shipped, but delivery has not occurred either in the 6-12 day shipping period or at any point thereafter. I have filed a complaint with both the retailer requesting refund, and with the Better Business Bureau regarding failure of delivery.
