I am not Billy Cain, as much as it would delight you to believe, but then again who am I to make you believe anything.

So, Billy, you're posting anonymously so you can come to your own defense without looking like it? Why not tell us who you really are? I mean, if you have nothing to hide, why make up some fake name?

And in regards to the NY Times article, everybody that knows Paul knows that story. He even posted a link to it and wrote a Facebook Note about it. So your copying and pasting links from the 80's when he was a kid gives you no credit. 

As for slander, I was at Paul's house when you, Billy were there for a whole 4 hours packing boxes when you were drinking beer and talking about your bipolar, medications, and how much you resents being a "care taker" (as you put it)  for your wife. We packed boxes for days while you did NOTHING for that project. 

It was shown as a warning to be careful around Paul himself. There is no slander when facts have been proven.


Now, whom ever you are have committed slander and libel and are held responsible for it on behalf of Paul himself. I wish you would learn facts before you just jot things down.

Sue me for what? Doing the proper research before speaking anything?

Secondly, your involving and slandering others who have no bearing on this what so ever. So lets double up what you've done thus far..

Lets also include the shennanigans of kickstarter projects..Theres more than meets the eye, and I commend you for coming to his aid, no harm in that..But fact check before you let your fingers do the work :)

If you expect me to believe a word you say, back it up with readable facts that have been PROVEN 

The truth of the matter is, Billy Cain does LOWSY work. He was fired from Heatwave Interactive for incompetence, fired from Sneaky Games, and his temp job with a temp agency called Volt didn't renew his contract (due to his lousy deliverables). And then of course there was Replay, who hired him for a 3 month contract and did lousy work....that is...when he actually DID any work. Hmmmm.....is there a pattern here?

And you're trying to bring s**t up when Paul was a teenager in the 80s? Give me a break.....how desperate are you? You don't know jack s**t. The case was dropped dumb a*s and you dont know diddly because you weren't there....that's why you're hiding your real name because if you did reveal who you are then YOU would be the one being sued along with Billy Cain. 

For anybody reading this, beware of hiring Billy Joe Cain. He comes off as nice but is SEVERLY bi-polar, is taking Lithium, and his marijuana addicted wife can't even stop smoking pot because she's addicted to it. Oh yeah, and if that's not enough, he's currently on probation for DWI and he's still drinking!!! What kind of moron does that???

Bottom line: this guy is a rip off artist and you should stay as far away as humanly possible, along with any of his loser friends that he works with, like Randy Ryan from HamsterBall Studios,  it that's another case entirely. 

Paul, I highly doubt you were ripped off. But if you want to libel and slander others, that can lead to court. If that does occur, you know the consequenses and what will emerge..New York Times ring a bell. Before you start trying to label others as sketchy or scamming, please look at yourself.

Ive worked with Billy Cain on numerous occasions, he has acted in a very professional, courteous and truthful manner. Our jobs were completed on time, and with a higher satisfaction than we had ever expected. He had never stiffed us in the slighest, actually we paid him more for his excellent work.
