Billy Masters is not only small in stature he is small minded! He scammed myself and my best friend and tried to ruin our business. He has lied to people about his medical condition telling everyone that he is dying of cancer.

This little squirt tries to make himself bigger by bringing down other people. Don't trust your children around him. He may be the size of a five year old but he is an adult with bad intentions. I think he is still in Sacramento California but I understand the DA there is hot on his heels!

He goes by the name WR Masters when around adults but calls himself "Billy" around children. He will steal you blind if he has a chance. I just don't want any other adult to be scammed by this man.
