Blockbuster Video -- Haverstraw, NY really really sucks

I recently rented a video from the west Haverstraw Blockbuster. After trying it in one VCR it did not work. I preceded to try it in the other 2 VCR's thinking something might be wrong with my VCRs. After all 3 did not work, my husband returned the video to the store and they replaced it after being quite nasty.
We brought the 2nd video home and whatever was wrong with the 1st tape damaged all 3 VCR's including the one at blockbuster that they tested it on.
A called Blockbuster furious and they agreed to repair the VCR's free of charge. Well that was back in July of 2001 and now it is almost November of 2001 and i still dont have my VCR's back.

Everytime i call its a different story ( they are lost, they are being repaired, they are damaged beyond repair) By this point my husband was furious and called up the district manager to complain they gave us a replacement VCR until my VCR were found and 10 free rentals. They promised me my VCRs within 2 weeks or they would give me the cash value of them to repurchase them. That was over a month ago and now noone will return my calls. I have one of there rentals and i will not return it until i recieve a return call, my VCRs or the cash equivalent. And now they have the nerve to tell me that i have to pay the late fees on the video.

Blockbuster really sucks and i will not ever rent there again even with free rentals
