Blount County DA, Robert Headrick , does it again Maryville Tennessee

In September 2013, I phoned Blount County 9-1-1 for assistance after my daughter who suffers from paranoid delusional schizophrenia drew back her fist and threatened violence. She has a history of domestic assault going all the way back to middle school with multiple arrests. After the 9-1-1 call, my daughter calmed down enough for me to leave her apartment and return home without incident.

The trouble began when I called 9-1-1 back to cancel the emergency. Since I don’t live in Blount County, I was unaware that the county has a rule that whenever anyone calls 9-1-1 for a domestic disturbance, someone always goes to jail. I later had two police officers and an attorney tell me that. The dispatcher asked me to return to my daughter’s apartment to meet the officer. I said that I would rather not since my daughter was obviously not taking her medication and had been wailing and howling, and because I was in the middle of moving into a new condo. I asked whether I was required to return and was told that I was not.

Twenty minutes later, an officer called me from my daughter’s apartment DEMANDING that I turn around and drive all the way back there without giving me a reason. I reminded her that I had been the one to place the 9-1-1 call and that I had also canceled the call after the emergency had passed. I told her that nothing had happened and neither my daughter nor I had touched each other. The officer was rude and threatened to put in her report that I was being “uncooperative” because I refused to return although I was given no reason why I should.

I told the officer that I would report her to her superior if she put that in her report since the police are paid by my tax dollars to assist me in a situation such as this. I then called her supervisor and made a complaint against her only to have him defend her behavior! That’s not the worst. As I arrived home a short time later, my car was surrounding by police cars and I was placed under arrest! I asked why I was being arrested and the police told me for “Domestic Assault.” I said, what domestic assault? I explained that I had called 9-1-1 for assistance with my schizophrenic daughter. The ridiculous thing is that this whole thing was over a coffee table! I had recently brought a truckload of furniture back from out-of-state storage and promised to distribute whatever items I did not need among my two disabled children. My son in law had unloaded several items from the moving truck into my daughter’s apartment and I had gone to retrieve my coffee table, which I needed in my new condo.

The Blount County police are well aware of my daughter’s schizophrenia and that my son-in-law is a habitual drug user since they had arrested my SIL for marijuana in my daughter’s section 8 apartment in 2009 and have done requested wellness checks on my daughter from time to time. These same police instructed my mentally ill daughter (although she did not have one scratch on her) to file criminal and civil charges of assault against her own mother. Then I learned that both Blount County district attorneys (civil and criminal) are personally representing my daughter against me! I’m sorry, but this smacks of the police being in bed with the district attorney’s office.

This was supposed to go to a hearing before the judge last week and my best friend who has known me and my children for nearly 20 years drove down from Columbus, Ohio to be a character witness. The day before the hearing I was told by my attorney not to bother coming to court because my daughter and SIL were requesting a last minute continuance. I was very upset since I had been told since January that the hearing would be held that day and my friend had just driven all the way down from Ohio. My attorney agreed to allow my friend and I appear in court to see if we could have the criminal case heard. As we were sitting in the court room, I was pulled into a conference room and told by my attorney that the DA insisted on having the hearing rescheduled as a “preliminary hearing” to see if there is enough evidence to bind over to a grand jury! Remember, this is over a coffee table. So now I have both DA’s and my pothead SIL behind this insane fiasco and I can’t even find work because my mug shot is all over the internet. I am a hair away from calling 48 Hours to follow my story. Blount County practices a backwater “Deliverance” form of justice.

I just wanted to continue this thread by asking why Mike "Peckerwood" Flynn nor Robert "little Bobby" Headrick have stood up to hold folks accountable in Law Enforcement in Blount County, TN?

These two guys are the very reason that so much corruption exists in local government. The don't have the balls or backbone to go after their "special buddies" in the Blount County republican party.

Cowards and deviants.................that's all they are!

Again, the more I research about your friend's case, the fishier it seems.

If you noticed today's Daily Times newspaper, there was an article about a guy who had a seizure which caused a wreck that killed one of these fruitcake bycyclists that like to ride on OUR roads. Yeah, they're charging him with murder.

Cases such as your friend's case and this incident are just cheap filler so that the DA Mike Flynn has an excuse for not going after his fellow republican crooks and compadres.

That's right, Judge Gallegos is in on it too. Our court system in Blount County is almost as big of a joke as our sheriff's department. Where's this guy from anyways? This is the best that the Blount County republicans could do for a judge? C'MON!!!

Bogus cases such as these are also opportunities for deralicts like Robert headrick to grand stand in the spotlight. I'm sure he longs for the spotlight. What a pansey! Most QUEENS do love DRAMA.

All things evil in government around here flow right back through the Blount County republicans.

The Board of professionalism can be found in the phone book. I can't remember if I found the number under "State of Tennessee" or whether it was a local office.

I do remember that I had to answer some questions over the phone and then they sent me a packet of paperwork to fill out. Ragardless, you should request the packet and report little bobby. He deserves it. Sooner or later he needs to be put out on the street with the rest of the deralict sexual deviants.

There's been rumors for years that he, mike flynn and jerry cunnigham like to hang out in their hot tubs together. No telling what kind of disgusting things go on at one of those hootenannie weenie roasts.

You can also always chew Mike Flynn out rgarding your case. While you're at, ask him why Dustin Hatcher hasn't been charged with a crime against a minor yet. See if he doesn't get real quiet or start passing the buck.

However we didn't know but the Judge actually made his decision back in February. So now my friend is waiting for his court of appeals date. So how would I go about contacting someone about the board of professionalism? You bet I will file a report because this is nonsense that anyone should have to go through this.

I have had time to research your friends case and talk to a few lawyer friends of mine. What the DA's office did is wrong. In this state it is known as "Jury Tampering" and "witness tampering" and they'll probably get away with it if you don't say something.

I wouldn't go through Duncan's office to do it, though. They'll just try to cover everything up for their employee's husband Mike Flynn.

I'm a little surprised at Judge Thomas. He has dismissed cases before because of juries who disregard evidence. I just don't see how you could convict someone on anything based on the "DA COACHED" testimony of a child.

After researching this case, I'm left wondering how many times the current Mike Flynn administration has gotten away with their treasonous behavior.

Yes, I see once again DA Robert "little Bobby" Headrick has made an idiot of himself.

This guy should have been disbarred a long time ago. He's a real fruitcake just like his chicken-s**t daddy. Cowards one and all!

This biggest reason that people like Robert get away with what they do is because our local Blount County government is so corrupt. I don't know if you know this but Robert's boss, Mike Flynn, the DA, has a wife who works in Congressman Duncan's office. This is probably why my complaints to Duncan's office never really amounted to anything.

If you want to find the biggest crooks in this county, just check-out who the republicans are. While I am a conservative, I don't uphold anything the BC republicans do. They are the true criminals. Everyone of them has their interests in the development industry. They are NOT real republicans. They're just a bunch of deralicts with connections to the Lamberts, one of the most notoriuos set of narcissists that we have in Blount County.

Maybe with what is going on with the Prosecuter of the alleged rape case at Duke University, Little Bobby may walk a little tighter line in his extremely light loafers. I would love to see Mike Flynn and Little Bobby headed to prison where they should be.

Basically right now, the Sheriiff, the DA's office, the county clerk's office and the rest of our local government operate not only outside the law of the land but they also have absolutely no accountability whatsoever. I just wonder if Mike Flynn is ever going to prosecute Hatcher's son for rape. Then again, he's a republican and evidentally they don't have to live by the laws that the rest of us do.

I'm glad to see someone else calling Robert "little Bobby the f*g" Headrick out for being the pansy-assed coward that he is. Like father like son they say.
