Boehm-ritter ripoff, scam, b.s. and any other horrible names you can think of Ashburn Virginia

I thought I was getting a sample of Nexiderm for $5.95. I was charged $5.95 and then 49.95 for a sample. The 10 day trial started from the day it was shipped, so by the time the cream arrived I had 3 days to try it before the trial was ended. I tried to contact the company several times both by phone and e-mail but no response. Each time I call there is message that due to overwhelming response they are busy and to call back. When you email the company you get no response either. Now if this isn't a scam what is.

I am trying to get out of this situation. They keep billing me and sendin me moreproduct with my "no obligation" trial. I try and call but always get a recording saying, "Your call can not be answered at this time."

I have also tried to email on many occassions and without surprise it is always returned as "undeliverable."

This company is disgusting and my hard earned money, which I want every penny back of, is going towards these aweful people. It has to stop but I feel totally trapped.

I'd like to add on to the rip-off complaint. I got suckered into the offer as well and when they charged me later for anothe bottle, I called them and complained. They told me to send back the bottle and that I'd get my money refunded to me. This was a few months ago, and I've still not been refunded. So, there is no "good deal" here.
