This is a complaint about their customer service, or lack thereof.  This is not about getting ripped off.

I just wish to make it known to all that care... to take your business elsewhere.

I got an email from them.  I ordered some books.  I thought... you know... there's some features that would make this better for customers such as adding a wishlist from their checkout page or if you order a book that is part of a series they should display other books of the same series in the RECCOMMENDED BOOKS section.  So I email them to offer these suggestions and i'm told my opinions don't matter.  I'm just one person.  If people really wanted these features they would add them but i'm nobody.  LOL

So i emailed them back and told them to cancel my order and remove my account from their database unless a manager wants to call me back to explain why i was treated to rudely for simply offering suggestions.  There was no call for that.

But, instead of getting a call back... I got a refund and my account does not exist anymore on the site.  WISH FULFILLED.  LOLFR

So, I truly recommend people not patronize this site.  Why?  To save 2 bucks on a book that can be bought 100 different places online?  Places that care about their customer base? 

I even posted on their Facebook page and that disappeared which makes me think.. that all comments that are not awesome for them, also disappear.  What a scam.

No wonder they had to change their name a year ago... they will probably change their name again in another year once they lose their primary customer base.

So again... for what it's worth, I recommend you avoid this site.  Take your business to people that actually care about their customers.
