I want to let the masses know who Boston Medical Group really is. The company as a whole is by far the worst group of people that can possibly exist. The Human Resource department, which actually is only one person, Maribel Flores, has to be the most dishonest cruel hearted person there is. The type of person who speaks of God and then turns around and becomes the Devil.
I can't begin to tell you how cunning and downright criminal the following people are, Maribel Flores the Human Resource Manager, Daniel Ha the CEO & owner, Javier Lizardi the Patient Services Manager, Alice Amen Dir. of Clinical Operations, Michael Wall another CEO, Douglass Meyers the COO and Jack Burset the Controller. These people will stop at nothing to make someone's life virtually miserable!

This company is a fraud. They lie to all the patients and employees. They discriminate not just to employees but to the patients as well. I not only watched from the sidelines I was apart of alot of the companies cruel, badgering dishonesty. I called foul play "whistleblowing" and was retaliated against after I came forward and let the company know what was going on was wrong. If the patients only knew how Boston Medical spoke about them, they would no longer have business. The patients are laughed at and made fun of and yes by the higher ups who I mentioned. In fact, Daniel Ha the owner of the company not only makes fun of his patients, he does it to the employees as well, like calling the COO Douglass Meyers a "f*g". I don't mean having fun making fun, I mean absolutely mean spirited and heartbreaking.

This company came real close to destroying me the way I watched them destroy a couple of my former co-workers. Boston Medical Group makes me sick to my stomach. Daniel Ha has no right running a company. Maribel Flores has no right to even be working for any company. She hides behind God! Boston Medical Group is also referred to as "The Boys Club". Sounds discriminatory to me! I'm not only writing this for my sake but for the sake of all the former employees and patients. Like I said, they treat their patients the way they do their employees. I watched patients literally fight legally to have some form of a response from BMG to no avail for the patient as was my situation. I fought for what was right and was beat down. I called them out on all that I saw was wrong and instead of making things right I was beat down even more. Boston Medical Group let's the patient's charts be passed around like it's a birthday card. These men's private information was not locked up at night it just sat out for anyone to look at. Not one employee was ever or has ever been trained on HIPAA regulations. I would not advise anyone to seek Boston Medical Group's help or employment!

Ramona Was a Disgruntled Employee

I left Boston Medical in September 2007 (after one year of service) but I am surprised to still see the posting from 2007 by "Ramona" (ficticious name). However, after so many years I have decided to enter a rebuttal because it continues to be an outright attempt by her to damage my character and those of other employees at the company. Although "Ramona" has the right to excercise free speech, she does not have the right to slander people's reputation without presenting any valid evidence. I would have sued her for slander if she had put her real name on the posting.

I only met "Ramona" once because she worked at the California office and I worked at the Florida office. At the time, she was going through many personal problems and was purportedly receiving therapy for this. She was mad at the company when she left in 2007. Perhaps (in her mind) she was blaming the company for all of her personal problems and her posting was one way for her to get revenge. When I first saw the posting I felt sad for her but, on the other side, it was destructive to both the company's and management's reputation and it was not substantitated by any evidence. 

There are federal laws that protect employee's rights in the workplace. If "Ramona" was tryly being "beaten down" by the company, she should have filed a complaint to the proper authorities or filed a lawsuit against the company. The problem is that she had no evidence to back her claims. 

I hope that by now "Ramona" has been able to staighten out her personal situation and life is better for her. While this website should be used for people to post valid criticism of companies or their employees, it's a pity when it is used to defame people's character, especially people who they hardly know.

I filed a response earlier to another posting, but I find that Gina's has less, if anything to do with consumer information and is more along the lines of the personalities of executives running the company, which has nothing to do with the product they are selling. I will say this, however, that the clinics definitely reflect the "fly-by-night" feeling you get about the execs. behind the curtain.
