The Boys and Girls Club of Fullerton is a misleading operation. They hire you after a set of Interviews and get you to go to 6+ hours of training. Michael A. Lozano the Branch Director offers you a job in the Teen Center and advises you to use a weapon that he keeps in his office if there are Teens getting out of line.  When I wasn't in compliance with his mandate to use the weapon kept in his office I was fired without pay after getting hired and attending 6+hrs of training.   If you are looking to help the youth and are looking for work do not apply at the Boys & Girls Club of Fullerton. If you are a parent beware of these malicious crooks. They should be reported to the authorities and prevented from receiving anymore Tax Payer money.
