BrandsMart USA DO "NOT" buy from this Company- Just read and believe all the scam- ripped off reports Miami, Florida

I've shopped her for over 30 years, due to what "once was" lowest prices anywhere...HOWEVER" I've consistantly seen better prices elsewhere, and their Customer Service get WORSE over the past few years-
This time the did the ultimate Fxxx Up, ( thanks for Credit Cards, so I never lose out!!)

I bought a 50" Samsung Plasma TV on April 4. 2008-for delivery and setup ( at my cost of $99) for next day, April 5- The TV was never delivered on that day so, I returned to the store to cancel the order and get a refund on my Credit Card at their Customer Service Dept.- I waited about 15 minutes while a young girl was allegedly processing my refund. I asked for the paper receipt of the refund, which she told me that it was processed, and she had "nothing-no paoperwork to give me.
Long Story Short-

I purchased same TV online, it was delivered today April 11, 2008. It came From Adorama, Camera in NJ. It was $250 less, "delivered" and their Service and Customer Service was unbelieveably fantastic.. After not seeing my refund from my Credit card company, and after 4 calls to Brandsmart Ripoff Company- I found out that a refund was never issued by them "because" the Installation company ( BrandsMarts) hasn't returned the TV to them... What does that have to do with me??? No Worries- I disputed the charge from BrandsMart Rip off Co. with my credit card co. and I will not be responsible to pay this charge on my next billing even if BrandsMart Rip Offs' doesn't process the Credit- DO NOT buy anything from this company ... If you do- you Will get what you deserve. I am writing/explaining this to Protect YOU, I've learned my final lesson from them,
