It is absolutely clear that this is exactly what a con man/ripoff artist would say when being accused of something. Every word is a lie. RIck Bressem has had countless claims against him, not just three in 30+ years like he says. He's filed for bankruptcy multiple times to get out of paying back what he owes.  Literally every thing he has said to defend himself is a lie. Any attack against Mary Stockton is a lie. There is a book worth of evidence and information to back up everything she has said against him. He has no evidence to back up his outrageous claims against her because it doesn't exist. Truth is he conned a senior out of $81,000 to remodel her home, she never defaulted on her loan when the banks failed. The money was always there to finish the job. His bid was the lowest because he never planned on finishing the job. He took the money and ran. Whatever you do don't hire this professional con man to do anything.

I couldn't even read his whole response to my complaint because he is so delusional. There is nothing I can say. This is exactly what he tried to do with the the contractors state licensing board, the better business bureau, my lawyer. The reason it was so hard to try and prosecute him was because he ran from California and moved to Colorado.

Were do I start well yes Mary paid me for work done as per contract we all know you would have to real stupid to give 81,000 I got progress payments to remove thousands of ton of dirt one hundred foot trees all by hand because the access was limited. I had men sub contacted to remove the dirt and trees the bid I got was thousands higher I have real pictures not some lie of pictures that Mary had her boys go tear out the forms and kick the plumbing pipes over. Bottom line this all took place at the start of the bank fall out I found out this nut had her loan recalled so she had to file a claim and stop the plans from being completed to keep me from completing the job so she could out of paying for a project that the loan was recalled her and Chirstopher Sanchez got together and decided to file in hope to get my bond and insurance to pay them. As for my lic. I shut it down so the state revoked it due to their lack of investigation they hit me with all the bull crap penalties they could now let me tell you about Mary and Chirstopher they call my house siad they would kill my child they sent lies to my church they even are guilty of cyber bullying a federal law they all eilegally recored my calls trying to make it sound like I ripped them off but how stupid again in the recording I tell them several times I will complete there work they just need to pay the men and Guess what they said no wow the reason I offered because I found out they had no money to pay me so think about it file a complaint and get my insurance money or get sued for breach of contract if I was a crook I could of completed the work as per contract at my expenses and took the homes I gave them every out possible but when you do work get paid for progress that means the work was done on to the next phase of the project so Mary can lie all she wants I hundreds of letters picture text mesages of her treating to kill my son burn my house real pictures of daily progress of the truth and hundreds of clients that gave thousands of dollars in advance that love the qaulity and performance if I ripp off everyone why is thier only three complaints against me I started my company Sept.1980 not bad the whole world falls apart in 2008 and I become a crook.
