The report filed here sounds about right. Charming guy, but seemed like a real scammer after we had a few convos. Prices were too good to be true. Almost made mistake of hiring this person, but then did an internet background check (PeopleSmart.com) and was was not happy with what I found. Changes name of his company every few years to stay ahead of the internet reports about him. Has had numerous small claims judgments against him:

Concord Oil Company, $310
Kevin Meade, $230
Internal Revenue Service (Bankruptcy) - $8765
AllSeasons Limo, $480
Winthrop Market $117
