Brian Kingsfield Aero Financial, Jim Price Brian Kingsfield magnificent SCAM San Diego, California

This was in the year of 2010.
I was working as a waiter in a restaurant called "Arnold Palmer's" in La Quinta, California where I met Brian Kingsfield; the CEO of Mid America Partners, the big player, the banker who made everybody believe that he rules/rocks the world of investment banking. "I have made many people rich, I can help you too", he said. I was saving money to go to college and Brian Kingsfied promised he would help me get through college being very well financially stable. Brian Kingsfield did not say more and left. Few days later Brian Kingsfield came with this company American Pacific Rim Commerce Group and its stock APRM. Brian Kingsfield told me to check the stock and its price. At that time the price was 15 cents. Brian Kingsfield told me he would sell me the stock for 10 cents. Brian Kingsfield  promised that there would be no risk for me. I had only $5k to invest and I was still not sure about this. It seemed too easy to make money. Sensing my hesitation Brian Kingsfield  wrote a contract guaranteeing that he would give me the $5k if anything happens to the stock.

 Brian Kingsfield really wanted to "HELP" me go to college. Brian Kingsfield  had been APRM and of course the price double, however I did not have my stocks so I could start selling. I received my stocks when the price fell bellow 10 cents a share and quickly to 0.1 cent a share. I could not sell my stocks and bared the losses. At least I have a contract which guaranteed me that I would get my initial investment of $5k back. The contract was worthless!!! Brian Kingsfield could not be reached. All his phones were disconnected. I sued Brian Kingsfield and I won the case. But it is still another worthless piece of document. I did not know where Brian Kingsfield was to collect my money. 

 Fortunately I was able to get through college and I kind of forgot about Brian Kingsfield unill recently. I randomly googled his name and found out that he was working with Jim Price at Aero Financials. I also found out about the hundreds of other people whose money Brian Kingsfield "invested" and was all gone. The numbers are in millions of dollars.  Before you have anything to do with Aero Financials and Jim Price, ask yourself what kind of people they hire and what kind of business they do? I will give you a hint: Brian Kingsfield. READ STORIES ONLINE!!! THEY ARE REAL!!!
I have not gotten MY $5K back but I will not give up either. I will keep going till I get some government officials' attention. Maybe IRS, SEC or FBI. Brian Kingsfield needs to stop otherwise many other people will bear huge losses. 
Everybody, please do your homework and research before giving everything you have worked for so hard to a man you barely know. "If it is too good to be true it usually is" Warren Buffet  

PS. I am sorry for overusing "Brian Kingsfield", however the more I use the name the quicker it shows on any Internet search
