Broadway Square Apartments, BH Management Dishonest, Irresponsible, Unorganized, Disgusting, Embarrasing, Misleading, Unprofessional, Unwanted, Not Understanding at All, Discriminative Houston Texas

Broadway Square Apartments along with BH Management has to be the worst and most unorganized management known to man. Since day one of my move in there has been problem after problem and it always took days and sometimes even WEEKS for them to get to them. One particular problem was never fixed even up to the day i moved out. They made me believe that their facilities were safe to live in, but i discovered roaches, rodents, and many other cleanliness problems after move in. And after i informed management about these problems it took forever to be addressed and i finally couldn't stay there any longer under those conditions.

On many occasions my air wouldnt work, the sink would constantly stop draining water, or my shower would never stop running water. And when i reported it to them they either blew it off like it wasnt important or took days/weeks to temporarily fix it causing it to stop working again in the future. The only thing good was the price and now i know why they were so d**n cheap. The people in the office are so rude and unorganized, and they never had anything together when i tried to get any information from them.

I even tried to move to another apartment complex and unfortunately i had to get rental history from them. They gave false information to the other complex and in result my application was denied. They even caused overdraft fees on my bank account after waiting two months to cash a check i wrote them for rent. They tried anything they could to get money out of me and any other residents. They constantly changed late fee dates and terms making it hard on everyone to keep up with.

I would never recommend anyone to even think about staying in these apartments or ever dealing with this management. Im a college student and the price of the apartments were cheap but seem worthy enough as a first apartment. They took advantage of my inexperience as a renter and did everything they could to try to ruin my credit and rental history. This management should be exposed and done away with ASAP before anyone else has to go through what i went through.
