**You Might Want To Read This If You Are Interviewing with BSI Consulting, Inc- Franklin,TN

The Truth Behind BSI Consulting, Inc- Franklin, TN:

The employer of BSI Consulting (Michael), will tell you absolutely ANYTHING you want to hear to gain your employment.  The only employees that last longer than a month are those who are easily manipulated and not smart enough to research and realize they are working for a SCAM!

Go ahead and ask Michael (or the other 4 BSI employees) before or on your interview all about these Scam Reports about BSI Consulting... I mean I think anyone with intelligence can realize the company is probably scamming you if they have over 20 search pages of complaints on the internet.

So this is me helping you stay clear of a scam. Everything BSI posts on their Job Ads are false... Examples:

1. They tell you that you will make 28-38,000/year... After I picked up on their scam about a month into my employment with BSI- I realized that I was making less income than my 4 year-old niece with her yard lemonade stand.

2. You work 6 days a week for sure and 7 if you dont make your sales goals.

3. You go door to door and try to sell ATT Uverse but they will make you think it is not door to door in the interview...you soon will find out.

4. You basically work the streets until 9pm trying to sell cable only to get door after door slammed in your face, sometimes cops are even called.

5. All the rebuttals on these reports supposedly submitted by "former employees" are all made up usernames coming from the CEO.

6. This is an entirely commission based job based on the amount of cable you sell door to door.. you will be told in the interview that you also will receive a new hire bonus- have fun with that bonus... its $300. I dont know about you but going 3 weeks to a month on 300 dollars working 12 hours a day 6 days a week is just not for me!

If you really have no confidence in yourself and believe that you are only worth a career of slave work to get money in the CEO's pocket while you are in poverty... GO FOR IT! Dont Say I didn't warn you.

#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Lol..

AUTHOR: Anonymous - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, April 08, 2014

It's quite obvious that Mavro is the "ex employee" who keeps replying to these. I'm honestly surprised these guys still exist. If this ex employee was as good as he claims, he'd either still be there, or already running his own office, as promised in the odd interview process.

Facts about BSI: they will interview dozens of people a day, then send a decent percentage of those people out to knock on doors, and hope they find people dumb enough to try it. They have more turnover than a bar. Employees don't stick around because they eventually get tired of the scam. But when they finally leave, they can be sure they won't get their last pay check.

Just to sum this entire web site up, the fact that the owner feels the need to get on here and give his trained rebuttals to every post, and claim he's an ex employee, should tell you every thing you need to know about this company. I honestly thought they finally closed the doors but I guess its like a c**k roach lol.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

IF YOU BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ ON THE INTERNET. like this report, YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!

Common Really!!!  So you were drinking all night and decided to write this stupid report at 6am in the morning.  Remember alcohol makes you do stupid things. The only thing you did right on this report was leave off your name.

So yea BSI Consulting works with ATT and yea one of their programs sells ATT.  A Fortune 500 company's product.  A product that is rated #1 in cable providers by JD Powers and Consumer Reports.  Also a product that saves people money.

In sales that's the kind of service that you want to sell.  However apparently if was difficult for you.  Don't feel bad, have another drink!!! You must have been drinking on the job if you were working 7 days a week when they aren't even open 7 days.  Talk about your over achiever!!!

Sales is not for everybody well definitely not you, but your niece on the other hand sounds like she may be good since she makes more money than you.  At least you made $300 just for being hired.

And yea I'm sure they thought you were going to be soooooo awesome that they wanted to say ANYTHING to hire you. You must be like the number one draft pick they needed you to start.  Did they pour magic potion into your ear that made you think you could do sales when you couldn't?   Or did you say to yourself I see all these other people making a lot of sales, and money. I should be able to do it too.  I had no experience  getting into it too but I applied myself didn't just sit around making excuses and feeling sorry for myself and I made around $800 my first check.

Common tell the truth, they took a chance on you and this is what happens.  You got your feelings hurt because you ran into some rude customers who didn't like you.   From the sounds of it you must have said some stupid stuff to  make them want to slam there own door in your face.   You couldn't sell the number 1 product out there, and it was a waste of time for all the parties involved.

Lesson learned for you, but don't try to convince other people that they can't do something just because you couldn't.  Last time I checked AT&T reported 126.4 billion dollars in revenue.  Looks like plenty of people are buying AT&T.    Just not from you!!!!
