Budget ATVs - AA Scooters Eric and Treavor refused full credit card refund. Wouldn't give invoice for charges applied to my credit card. Eric told me to tell my credit card that it was a fradulent charge to receive full refun Internet

I placed an order with Budget Atvs online but couldn't see if it could arrive before Christmas for a 5 year old.  Total to include shipping $569.00.  I called and spoke to them and was told that it would be an additional $100.00 to get here before Christmas. 

The order was placed 12/16/2011.  I told them to then to just cancel the order same day.  It was stated that no order was received and therefore couldn't be cancelled.  A charge was made to my credit card on 12/19/2011.  I immediately called and spoke to someone named Eric who stated that he would stop the shipment.  I asked why it was sent on through as I explained what transpired on 12/16/2011. He states he doesn't know. I ask when my credit card would be refunded and he stated that as soon as the ATV was returned to the warehouse he would credit my credit card.  I called on 12/20/2011 to inquire and he said it had been received and that he would put the credit through now. 

The credit showed up on 12/28/2011 but for $369.00.  I called and spoke to Eric again and was placed on hold. He returned and told me it was for shipping charges.  I asked about the free shipping and he said it was for shipping it back to the warehouse but refused a copy of the shipping invoice and said he was under no obligation to supply me with one. He stated that I could get it from Old Diminion the shipping company who refuse to give it to me (spoke to Deena) as she said my name was not attached to the invoice since Budget ATV cancelled the order but gave me the third party company T&Y Powersports and they directed me to Treavor.  Before transferring me to Treavor they gentleman told me that I would need to get a copy of the shipping invoice from Budget ATV. Budget ATV has charged my credit card and will not supply what the charges on an invoice.  I believe that there is fraud going on here.  DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
