C. E. Brown Enterprises - Charles Brown Author had me design book cover and NEVER paid after days of communication and completion. San Francisco California
*REBUTTAL Individual responds: false accusation
The author Charles Brown of C.E. Brown Enterprises hired me to design a book cover for his book, Making it Happen, which he never paid me for. Luckily I only sent him proofs, so he can not use them for his publication. He did indeed rip off my services when he never engaged contact again after I had designed 3 full covers for him and hired a different cover designer with the same ideas he sent me.

Yes I did send several requests to graphic designers to create a book cover. I am at liberty to choose whichever best suits my project. Unfortunately Hannah's submission was not suited. What Hannah experienced is a normal way of doing business.
1) someone requests a service
2) A sample from the producer is supplied to the requestor
3) The requestor decides if they want to do business
Hannah's complaint is false, fake, and a waste of everyone's time
