Caine Weiner Illegal Threats, Will Not Document the Debt, Internet

"Rubin" from Caine Weiner keeps calling, threatening to ruin my credit. States that he does not have to document the debt to a "dead beat like me". Demands to have payment in full by the end of the day, or drastic legal action will be taken. Any attempt at discussing the debt results in him calling me a liar and a low-life. This man if very unprofessional, completely disregards all debt collection practices and laws, and is a disgrace to his industry.

I am writing to the Attorney General of Kentucky and Michigan, and any other agency that monitors debt collection activity. I have recorded his conversations, so he will have a difficult time denying them. Maybe after his firm has been sanctioned and fined big time, they will deal with him in an appropriate manner.

A complete scumbag. Record his conversations and use them against him.
