Car Hop READ THE CONTRACT. YOU ARE SIGNING AWAY YOUR RIGHT TO BE HEARD IN COURT Duluth Minnesota

We definately would have taken them to court, but by signing the contract my daughter didn't have that option.  Here's what happened with the car: after driving it for six months the transmission went out.  Car Hop replaced it with a used one.  Less than a week later the engine blew up, again Car Hop replaced it with a used one, except the one they put in was blown.  They removed that one and put another used one in.  

Two months later the transmission they replaced went out.  We requested that they honor the clause in their contract that says they will replace problem vehicles at their discretion.  We guess what, they decided this vehicle hasn't caused us enough problems.  In the nine months since buying this car it will now have been in the shop for over six weeks.  She can't even trust it across town.  

The car is on it's third engine and is in the shop for it's second transmission, all replacement parts are from junk yards of course.  Moral of the story....read and understand every word of the contract, my daughter didn't and now she is paying the price.  You will see lots of positive statements from customers on their web site, they obviously sort out the multitude of horor stroies like ours out there.
