careerexperts.com had their BBB trademark illegally posted on their website. BBB Accreditation Status As of July 20, 2007: this company was displaying the BBB trademark logo on its Web site without authorization. Misuse of the BBB trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.
On July 2, 2003: Upon being contacted by the Council of Better Business Bureaus, the company removed the BBB logo from its Web site. Upon further research found that their company isn't interested in hiring people, just their money. Consumers allege that they had responded to jobs posted on CraigsList.org, fees were then requested for a resume service rather than the advertised employment opportunity.
As of February 13, 2003: Harris Black faced eight counts of misleading customers into using his job placement services. He faces a minimum of $6,464 in fines according to the Consumer Protection Office in Quebec. The Consumer Protection Office has reported 27 complaints against Black and his various companies since 1996. In 1999, Harris Black was convicted in Quebec of Sexual Assault (art. 271-1-B), and an Indecent Act (art. 173-1) in incidents related to his employment agency service. In 2000, he was fined $2000 for violating the Consumer Protection Act. As of July 12, 2007: According to the City of Vancouver this company does not have a municipal business license.

Harris Black is a known con man and a convicted sexual predator. He has been extorting people from his home in Pattaya for the past 10 years.
He is wanted by the FBI and the RCMP in there is a police case San Francisco Police Department Case # 153642510 currently under investigation. Anybody that is in contact with him is asked to contact local authorities.
