We were referred to this company be a sales man from ROOMS TO GO MIAMI. He advised us that buying furniture from this company will save us money. When we went onsite, We met the lady who looked very professional and gave us a great impression. Shee looked very reliable, honest and professional and looked as if she knew what she was doing. She gave us a sales pitch about the furniture she was selling: Here is a brief summary of her sales pitch:

She had some sample furniture in her showroom and told us:

You will get what you see here
All of our furniture is real wood furniture and not like IKEA or compressed wood. We don't deal with that kind of crap
She also told us that they don't use any artificial material when it comes to leather. They only use leather.

She told us that we would save money because she doesn't have a retail store and save on rent and other employees that she passes on to customer. She also told us that she has been in thsi business for more than 10 years.

After believing what she said we booked furniture from her. She wanted Full cash upfront and no credit card. I was first hesitant to give her such a huge sum of money but finally we thought lets give her a try.

We ordered 8 leather chairs, a dining table, sofaset, bed room furniture from her.

A week later when we received the furniture we discovered how big scam this was:

All chairs that she sold as leather chairs were Vinyl chair with a different color than she originally showed us.
Several other pieces were made of compressed wood than the real wood that she originally promised.
The furniture she sells is so delicate that it starts breaking apart during transportation as what happened to some other furniture.

When we contacted her about leather chairs that they are not leather chairs, she said:

April:"What is the proof that I said they are leather chairs"...We showed her the invoice she had given us that clearly stated "Leather Chairs" then she said I didn't say leather, I meant bounded leather.

She then said I am more than happy to take those chairs back but then I would charge you 25% because you kept my furniture for so many days..

The furniture we bought from us is already ripping and breaking apart.

Before giving her any money ask for references and think what you are doing. This company is a scam in disguise. Stay away from them You will only suffer.

October 25th, 2014:

To whom it might concern:

From April Garcia ( Owner of Casa Campos Furniture LLC ) In response to Mr Rick's Complaint about my Company.

Hello Mr. Rick. I certainly remember your case specially because I personally was the one who took care of you and your family on your initial visit to the store. I deffinitely object to the fact that my Company is a Scam or anything close to a scam, as you widlely state. I find that your Comments on this website are hurtfull and full of anger againts peopple that have not done any harm to you. By intenting to hurt my Company's reputation you think you are doing a fair action, I do not share your possition at all and  the purpose of this Comment is to narrate what really happened. Mr. Rick visited our Store and purchased a Complete Home Package for about $ 4000.00 Full House, We certainly Did the Delivery as agreed and Mr. Rick Signed the Company Policy Statement at the moment of Delivery giving his conscent on all items to be in perfect condition at that very moment and agreing to accept all furniture at that physical moment . Our Company Policy states that if a customer is dissatisfied at the moment of first delivery with quality of an item he or she shall return it with that driver on that moment for exchange for a different item, an that is the only moment that customers have to procede with this action, if customer signs the Company Policy and states that they agree with all merchandise being delivered and the condition of it at that very moment they are actually stating that they agree with the quality of it and the Sale Becomes final at that Initial Delivery. From That moment on customer has a warranty of 60 days , manufacturer's defects only, where we exchange any damaged items for a new one with the same sku number in case a manufacturer's defect arises. Customer Rick was fully aware of this fact and expressed his full conscent and Signed all papers to the driver reflecting he was very happy with his purchased at the moment of Initial Delivery.

Two Months later Mr Rick calls cause he states fining out that his dining chairs were not real leather, that they were vinyl, and he demands us as a Company to change all of his chairs for real leather ones, We remind him about our Company Policy and the papers he signed and also reminded him that his chairs were bonded leather a compond that of course is not Real genuine top grain leather for $ 49.00 per chair is obvious that he did not get Top grain leather chairs, the chairs by then were already destroid by usage, this customer pretended that We delivered to him 6 new chairs in top grain leather without paying any difference on price and completely ignoring our Company policy that he willingly Signed to our Driver.

My final thoughts about this customer. Mr Rick. We as a Company cannot please all of customers needs, we certainly Do have a Company Policy in place to protect our operation and make things clear and smoth between customers and our business. If you were unhappy with our service two months after signing some documents that, we understand, but writting a review of such king expressing that our Company is a RippOff cause you changed your mind  after signing our Company Policy, honestly it is very unfair. Well , We wish you the best of lucks and if that is the way you conduct yourself in life, Good luck to you.

Thank you so much and you are Welcome to come back as a customer to our store, we will be happy to assist you in your future needs and hopefully get some understanding between you as a customer an us a Business.

Thank You Again!

Truly yours

Sincerelly,

April Garcia

Owner of Casa Campos Furniture LLC.
