today i got a letter in the mail. i open it up and see it is a credit card. well sort of. they call it a membercard. and the best thing about it is i have a 6500 credit limit with them with no apr. to good to be true. well so like most people who get caught up in all the glame of the card i activated it. afterwards i went online to see there stuff. because i mean what homeshopping place doesnt have a web site. or so i thought .

as i looked for it all i could find was ripoff reports. my heart sang. i couldnt beleave how blind i was. i started crying. my boyfriend walked in and asked me what was wrong. i told him every thing . he got upset that i wasnt able to spot a fake company like that. but then again im also 19 and am still learn about all this.so he hands me my phone and tells me to call my back and cancel my account.

thank god they understud. the bad thing was i had a credit card that i had settaled on that had payment withdraws coming out of that account. so i had to call the other bank and let them know. they we ok with it too. but the bad thing is i had to break my settelment with them which would hurt me a little bit. but hey i had to do it. i could leave my other account open.

well i cam to terms with both banks. they were great. but the scary thing is . i dont know what the fake cca place is going to do next. i mean anybody can send a bill to a collection place and come after me once they see that they couldnt process the payment. now im stuck wondering if im still not over this nightmare.

o the best part so far is when i tried calling them back to let them know to stop and that i had already found out about them and they couldnt get into my account they didnt answer. i waited for about 30 mins. see they see your calling them because every thing is done by your card number so when you call back and type in the card number it says that they have already acctivated it so they place you on hold.

so now im left wondering and waiting. what is going to happen next? if some one out there that reads this and knows the answer to my question. please reply to this. let me know if im safe now that i closed my bank account. and if they can or can not come after me.thank you for taking the time to read this and i just hope it doesnt happen to anybody else.
