On May 17 I ordered a 600 pack Taiyo Yuden 80 minute Professional Grade CDR's + a 400 pack Slim Jewel Boxes with black backs. May 18 186,08 was drawn on my bank account via my Visa Card information.
3 weeks later I managed to get in telephone contact with the company. They told me that they were short of slim jewel baxes with black backs but delivery would take place within 1 week.
Since then I have tried nearly daily to phone the company, entered messages via their telephone answering system, have send several e-mails and telefaxes telling by bank account number and asking them to pay me back. So far no replies or reaction. I feel that it is essential to stop the company from cheating other customers. It looks like simple fraud.
