CenterPoint & Davey Tree McClanhan, FieldStaff, Utility Repairs: none give names. Davey Tree dba CP 3/2012 well return cut dead trees 07 27 refuse to cut Houston, Texas

   We moved to a rural dead end utility line on our side.  Annual cuts causes l-dimensional trees l00' high.  Strong wind down they go on exterior/internal lines endangerment.  We have begged CenterPoint to bury the lines.  Last yr CP Davey Tree dba had 22 males climbing over the cherry picker heights cutting limbs(stupid macho danger & illegals no can speaka English--refused produce ID's) Cost with l7 oversized vehicles requested one office person claimed $10.90!  3/15/2013 other roads having DEAD trees inside property cut down. 

Davey Trees comes looks at trees: cuts healthy ones--we'll return to cut dead trees. Nothing until 7 27 12 male claims "we won't cut any!"  June 2012 a dead tree fell in the night--power out, no CP until 9PM next day: did nothing said we have to repair, replace box.  Called again because they didn't shut off power-didn't say what needed repaired.  Too lazy.  Cost to us: unnecessary endangerment, fallen tree too other other fruit trees and healthy trees; box, lines, etc.  Again EXPOSED LINES could and should have been burried. 

Example lst time a male was asked to come out and state cost to bury: show us what process, where, etc.  Get read: he did this--"  ll  "   two parallel lines--that was it!  If thats an engineer everywhere he has been: there are DEAD bodies... No cost b/c he didn't know what the heck he was doing.  PUC does nothing.  We want to sue?  Is there anyone else who sees when they drive: one side of the road is flat while the other tree side overhangs?  That is Texas...PS Then the middle neighbor dare has a light on their side placing yet another line across the non county maintained road--so if it goes down and we need medical or--we will be stuck...no can depart...
