Central States Health & Life Co. of Omaha AKA american heritage when you pay for disability insurance through them, you R E A L L Y pay. First for the insurance then your health and peace of mind, oops there goes your faith in mankind !!! Omaha Nebraska

 We bought a Kia Rio, Purchased a disability insurance from American Heritage through car dealership, I became permananly disabled. contacted american heritage, and recieved paperwork to fill out from a central states health & life insurance co. of Omaha. so I had to travel great distances to get these filled out, and  they faxed them from place to place from employers, to Doctors, to foreman for Job discription, they informed me they also wnted all origional copies. Back to going all over place to place to find out who filled out each section first and last to get origionals to mail them in also. I mailed MRI'S ,  Proof of disabilty retirement from a National Government Employer, with their letterhead and insignia on it. And still I kept recieving the exact same paperwork stating that the paperwork they recieved might have been filled out by me, even though faxes came from all different companies and numbers and the MRI clearly showed that there is no repairing the Back and he was already granted disability retirement, and already past the date we were told they were gona repossess it. Talk about already high blood pressure from pain and suffering, now add the fact that these people get away with sending 4 more copies of the same paperwork with miles to travel and soon nothing to travel with, and still not one single payment.
