In April of this year I shipped coins and currency to Chaim Greengerg (Cash for Coins) for a promise of offer for same within 5 days. To date (July 7, 2013) have not received offer nor will they answer the phone at times. When they do it is with the promise to make offer later in the day.
Have found out they have already sold the coins and currency I shipped them.
They either do not answer the phone or threaten me with reporting to the phone company that I am making harrassing calls by callling so many times. That is not something to worry about since the phone company does not have judicial powers and I would think the last thing the Greenbergs want is for anyone with judicial powers to be involved.
Have contacted attorney in New York for small claims court (amount of coins in excess of $4,600) but have not pulled the trigger on hiring him as of yet. Need to let 90 days elapse prior to committing. Have also filled out a report to the ANA that is to be submitted within the next week for review once the 90 days have elapased.
I ahve been duped and the world needs to know just how they operate. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
