So i purchased a acount from them on friday at 21:32pm and ordered expedited delivery this serveice guarantees they will have the acount with you in 24 hours 24 hours later no acount so i shoot them a email
24 hours later still no response i have been using all their different types of contact us methods and none of them have responded to me i have sent 7 different messages in total via facebook 'live chat' which never has anyone there they claim they are busy helping other customers but if you try it any time of day you get the same message.
It currently has been 63 hours since i purchased the acount (with expedited delivery (+$10)) and 7 messages later still no acount or even a response.

So i purchaed a account from them and i posted on here earlier. Turns out it was a big mixup and the information had already been sent to my paypal email address, not my contact email. Concluding here that the company pulled through and the service ended up working out great. Nice knowing their are reputable companies out there!!!!!
