Let's remember a few things.
Lloyd was caught in a Medical Billing scam.
The FTC judgment stipulated that he was not to run the kind of businesses he's been running.
Then he got involved in the keyword scam.

Now he's morphed into Edapte, or whatever other names it goes by.

One must ask, given Lloyd's history, why anyone would want to do business with him.?

To All Who Have Reached this Libelous Material:

The original poster, Michael, is in fact a former representative of Edapte LLC, however, that is the extent of the truth of that post. It is obvious to any reader that this is not a client of Edapte or a real complaint from an actual customer. The fact is that Edapte provides a valuable service and maintains good relationships with companies all over the country. If you are a client who is reading this blog, you already know this.

For those of you who are learning about Edapte for the first time, we are clearly concerned by this libelous and damaging material, and we can only say that not only are the statements untrue, but they are not even relevant to the quality of service we provide. In fact, this material is a complete fabrication of a former representative who had very serious trouble working with anyone this is why he named many people (all former representatives and/or former business associates and owners of other companies who likely refused to hire him) with whom he had personal conflicts. Many of the people he named in this blog have no association with Edapte, however, there is a common individual with whom they have offended in some way.

We have reason to believe that the writer of this post, Michael, is in fact a former representative named Rik Snyder. Mr. Snyder contacted our CEO, Charles Lloyd, by phone on December 22nd (over one month after his departure) and asked him to be a witness in an upcoming court case. When Mr. Lloyd expressed that he would not be a good witness for Mr. Snyder because he refused to lie, Mr. Snyder vowed revenge.

On the morning of December 23rd, this libelous post appeared inclusive of the names of persons with whom he had personal conflicts in and outside of the hospices of Edapte. We are seeking the whereabouts of Mr. Snyder so that we find a proper address for service. He was last known living at the Motel 6 on Dyer road in Santa Ana with two Cocker Spaniels (who apparently spend their days in a motel room while he was out at work). Any information provided that would help us to serve this person would be greatly appreciated.

In January of this year, we do know for a fact that Mr. Snyder illegally contacted at least one of our clients in an attempt to solicit him on behalf of a competing company. We have contacted this competing company and we believe this activity has ceased as the ownership was unaware of Rik's actions. Although we do feel obligated to pursue this matter in a court of law until Mr. Snyder at least attempts to retract his statements formally, we sincerely hope that he can get the help he needs.

I just recently had the chance to read What Private Eye or Micheal From Orange County has written.

I am Shocked and very offended that such accusations can be Made public which are completly and totally untrue.

The Owner of Edapte In No Way Has done any of the Things Micheal Has Suggested In this recent paragraph.
I am Not only a successfull client, but also an ex employee who has nothing, but Positive things to say about Edapte, and Charles Lloyd.
I find it very absurd, and upsetting to see these things said about a man I personally know to be of very High Moral Character.
I worked for Edapte for A long period of time, and Was able to gain Knowledge enough to Begin My own Ebay Store, and I wouldn't Have made it Without this company.
I am very shocked that these comments are allowed to stay up there, and I feel That Micheal Should be Prosecuted for Making Such Untrue Accusations regarding this situation.

I would also like to Say that Adam Kluger, Ray Kooenga, Steve Sparks, and Stacie Have No Fault, and It's also unfair for their names to be connected with this.
