I purchased an information PDF via the internet that required an access code to open the file. After a few years the Post-It note with the access code, I'd attached to the CD I'd saved the file on, was lost. Upon requesting the access code from the company I was told repeatedly, even after sending them a copy of the electronic file I'd bought, they had no record of doing any business with me at all. I am no longer able to use this product.
