Christian Debt Consolidation CHRISTIAN DEBT CONSOLIDATION Deceiving and Rude Consolidation Compnay and no Christian at all Internet, Florida

I dealt with CDC for several years believing they were doing me a favor and they were a Christian company.

Their fees are extremely high and they claim they can settle with creditors at a better rate that I could but I found out almost too late that I could get the same settlement amount or better directly from my creditors without having to pay CDC the fee they charge you for "helping" to settle plus the $50.00 monthly maintenance fee.

Whenever I asked a question about their fees and how they worked they kept saying, "read the contract you signed with us, all the information is there" they will not give me a straight answer or explanation that will satisfy my question. Its true the information was in the contract but sometimes contracts are not as clear as we wish that's why I asked them different times about their fees.

Their customer service is terrible and if you request to speak to a supervisor to complaint, their supervisors are even worse than the customer representatives and they hang up on you whenever they feel like it and don't listen to you, your concerns or questions.

They can and will make the decision to discharge your account (not to continue having you as a customer) whenever if you ask them many questions or request a better explanation of something which they did to us, however it was a blessing in disguise because after they charged us all those years the monthly fees and charged us extra fees for helping us to settle some accounts we were left in our own to settle our debts directly with the other creditors and found out they "amount" they negotiated for us was a set amount that they didn't really negotiate with the creditor, the creditor was willing to settle for "X" amount regardless if you were in a debt consolidation program or not. This being said we settle with the other creditors left directly and settle with them directly without having to pay the outrageous fees that CDC charge for "negotiating" a settlement amount.

If I could do it all over again I will never choose CDC to settle any debt neither I will recommend them to anybody. It was a nightmare, they lied, they stole my money and their services was beyond "worse"! They are base in Boca Raton FL and I am in TX, not that that should make any difference but just to make sure you know the exact company I am talking about, (CDC Christian Debt Consolidation) which BTW they don't have any Christian in it besides the name, which also and openly deceives Christian people that has debt issues and leads them to believe that they will be dealing with an honorable Christian debt company which CDC is not!
