I thought it was time that people know what CINTAS does too it's SSR "partners". This is what they call us PARTNERS, I'm a current SSR with the Gilroy, Ca. Location and at this location they changed our KPI factors too intentionaly cut our pay.

The old G.M. "MIKE LEPOREE" even went around the office telling the office staff that no SSR should make 50,000 dollars a year, most SSR's took a 7,000 to 10,000. a year pay cut, Cintas never even blink an eye that they cut partners pay that much, The Old G.M. went around telling partners with many years with the company that he's was taking his money and running. I've even heard partners saying they were going too have too sell there homes or move away because they took too big of a pay cut.

I personaly went from making about $1,000.00+ a week too $590.00 a week, that's a $410.00 a week pay cut. That add's up too $21,320.00 a year that CINTAS cut out of my pay intentionaly, and they just says there trying a new pay plan. If partners are lossing that much pay that is not trying a new pay plan "That's intentional."

The new G.M. Aldrin told a partner that is going too work for the another uniform service when he went on a ride along with him that it is just money " WHAT THE HELL" This company need's a new civil lawsuit again, they must like lawsuits. I hope they get what they deserve they cut our pay, and did it too show good profits.

Come on SSR partners let's get that lawsuit Gilroy, Ca. location has 30 routes, Garment and Food Service most of us took a 10,000. dollar pay cut they took 300,000. dollars away from all of us. Let's get it back they say " HONESTY AND INTEGRITY" in there corporate conduct book it says "WE NEVER CHEAT FELLOW PARTNERS" yeah! that's B.S., read your own book. YOU CHEATED ME AND MY PARTNERS AND MESSED UP MY LIFE BY CUTTING MY PAY ON PURPOSE. I hope this company figures this out and start treating there employess like the partners they say we are. Hello there partner!
About 6 years ago I left Cintas for family care issues. Prior to leaving that December I had Sought out being a check in partner, and giving my SSR-FS route to a new partner . The reason I left the position was because of a high risk pregnancy. However, also just prior to that my route pay on a 6-7500 a week route was reduced to 8% This was a 10% pay Cut.. Like you,I Went from bringing home over a thousand a week to barely 500 I took a. 50% pay cut, not to mention ,­that in the summer the route goes to like 4- 5K a week. Cut that 500 down to maybe 300I. did not Say anything to my manager that I stepped down mainly because of that. The high risk pregnancy was the reason to them but prior to my health issues I had grown very disgruntled.I was very hurt that my location mgmt or corporation decided that to save their loss in business due to their own sales department business practices.I was further told I had to bulk UP invoices,get business leads and to be Sure I lost no business. This I believe was a Shady corporate decision, but it wasn't worth the extra effort nor an hour drive to the plant each day. Good luck Sirsorry, you were treated badly too.
