MY HOME WAS ILLEGALLY FORECLOSED ON WITH FRAUDULENT MORTGAGE OF ASSIGNMENTS, SIGNED BY HAL BARTOW. HAL BARTOW SIGNED AS AN ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR MERS, PER "SUPREME COURT DEPOSITION MERS HAS NOR EMPLOYEES" 2ND ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE SIGNED AGAIN BY HAL BARTOW AS ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE WHICH IS AN ACT OF ROBO SIGNING. ALL DRAFTED ABY KIMBERLY J WEISSMAN THEIR ATTORNEY. WHE STATES SHE HAS DONE 900 FORECLSOURE FOR THIS COMPANY.
I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THIS FORECLSOURE FOR 4 YEARS, CURRENTLY NOW IN SUPREME COURT, I AM A VICTIM TO THIS VERY BAD PRACTICE COMPANY, MY LENDER WAS BNC MORTGAGE, I HAVE NEVER HAD A MORTGAGE WITH CIT " A SERVICER" WHICH CAN NOT FORECLOSE ON ANY MORTGAGE.
THEY HAVE VIOLATED ALL LAWS, JUDGES HAVE ALLOWED THEM TO GET AWAY WITH THIS ROBO SIGNING PRACTICE ON THEIR ASSIGNMENTOF MORTGAGES. TO GAIN THE PROPERTIES. IF ANYONE HAS A CASE OF SECURITIZING AND ROBO-SIGNING OF ASSINGMENT OF MORTGAGES OR EVEN ILLEGALLY FORECLOSED ON BY THIS COMPANY PLEASE EMAIL ME @ (((ROR redacted)))
