I am writing this letter to address the Notice of Trustee Sale.

I received a letter dated July 10, 2008, received it July 11, 2008, stating that I should contact your office in the event that my financial situation changed. I did in fact contact your office via fax dated July 12, 2008, providing the additional documentation required for loan modification.

On July 14, 2008 four days before the date of their letter, I was advised that the property was sold after I provided you with the requested documentation.

Based on the mortage crisis and the new legislations passed by the Federal Government, I am disappointed that is has transpired without me. It appears that my loan was never to be considered based on internal problems with layoffs. Based on other concerned customer they have apparenlty experienced the same problems. I would have been albe to consider other financial lending institutions and use of the newly approved Federal legislation.

At this time I am requesting that you allow me the opportunity to utilize the methods mentioned in the recently passed legislation to allow me to save my home. I would be an opportunity for the bank to recoup at least 90% of the market value of the home.

As part of your commitment to provide maintain ethical standards and to adher to the recently passed legislation, please provide a response to this letter and my request to save my home from foreclousre.
