The company unlawfully charged my credit card after I had called them and got their services canceled on Jan 4, 2011. They charged my credit card for $319.95 on Feb 1, 2011 for services rendered in January which I never asked for. Also their customer service number is not always accessible.
Some times I get a message that their customer service number
(800-611-4827) does not exist.

 Thank you for your feedback.   Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-10pm (Eastern Standard Time).  Our phone number, (800) 611-4827, has been open and established for more than 10 years, therefore we do apologize that you were unable to reach a Customer Service representative.
 
If a customer requests cancelation, we process the cancelation at the end of the customers billing cycle.  This explains why you received your final bill one month after you requested to cancel your account. Please note that we bill in arrears so merchants pay for connections accrued in the month prior. We do apologize for any confusion and would encourage you to reach out to our Customer Service team for any additional questions or requests at (800) 611-4827.
