I purchased a home in 2003, that was a piece junk. Had mold in master bedroom could not get rid of it was making me sick. Had other little problems such as floors weak but that was the biggest problem of all was the electric. My lights would go dim then to very bright, had to replace light bulbs quite often. Then a couple of weeks ago, the home caught fire total loss. My experience has been awful with the rudest people. They expect me to make payments on ashes. I'm homeless single mother supporting my daughter and small grandchild. I'm so stress out by this insurance company, they are no help and rude. They do not care that I loss everything. I want to join your lawsuit. Presently looking for me a lawyer to file a suit against them for the electric in the home. If you have their insurance drop it right away. They do not want to pay the claim and they are in the same building as Vanderbilt. Imagine that, they are scam artist. Also, I have to pay to clean up the mess or do it myself.

I purchased my home 2000.My home costed supposely 57,000.00. I made mistake not resurching company practices.The sales man assured me about insurance ,how much it would pay if a loss happens.800.00 a mounth 11 1/2 years and house burned to ground due to electrical.Now,they don't want to honor policy.
No Hotels...They wanted house note.Homeless,single parent,and they calling me treating me about burnedhome being repoed.I lost everthing...They told me to go to a homeless shelter,call Fema.I did call FEMA .They were a life saver.They got me intouch with state of Texas Insurance,They made them honor their policy with me...
They sent check with their name and my name..I signed they paid 57,000.00.Add up Do math on 800.00 month 11 1/2 years plus 57,000.00.Now they say I still owe them 6,0000.00...For down payment with land?Still homeless and need help....I just want to have my life back...They didnt pay for contents loss.

I read your article and i want a class action lawsuit against clayton homes. They sold me a 2005 fleetwood that was damaged when i got it and the siding and roof are defective. I am a disabled person and i can not afford any repairs. They have put us in danger by their shoddy repairs. I have aleak in the sidng and this is the first time the insurance people have seeen it. help me do a lawsuit against clayton homes.
