individuals form cameroon are scanning internet ads from sites such as kijji when they find a person wanting an animal or a vehicle or boat or other item - they send an e-mail stating they have such an item for a fantastic - or- give away price .the only thing you have to do is pay the shipping!
they then proceed to tell you they have moved to england -france - netherlands ect. ant the item has been entrusted to a storage company ect.
they will ask that you send via western union - or e-bay protetion a certified check or money draft transfer ect. to a certain account number at wester union or similar company.
after they confirm payment has been made you never hear from them again.they say that the item will be delivered to you with in 24 hrs of you sending the money .
