Cmd Wholesale - My Web Wholesaler Bait and Switch I order an assorted lot of 36 QVC sterling silver charm bracelets got 1 charm bracelet Internet

On March 12 2007 I placed an order for 36 QVC Sterling Silver charm bracelets on cmdwholesale.com. for 249.00. I didn't receive my package until March 29. It was supposed to take 7 to 10 days.

After they took my payment and verified my information they didn't even bother sending me a tracking number. I had to call them myself to get my tracking number. Then I called ups to track down my own package. Very Unprofessional if you ask me.

I received my package and opened it up and to my surprise I got 1 charm bracelet and 35 plain silver bracelets and some of them were tarnished on top of that. I placed a call to the toll free number on their website and spoke to Nicci and explained my predicament. She was rude and nonchalant and told me I got what I ordered; an assorted lot of 36 sterling silver bracelets. The ad clearly says 36 charm bracelets from QVC.

I guess to get me off the phone she told me I could fill out a return merchandise authorization form to get a rma number. She emailed me my RMA number. You have the choice of a refund minus 25% restocking fee and cost of shipping both ways. Or a store credit. I opted for the store credit to avoid paying a 25% restocking fee and hopefully not lose the cost of shipping since they didn't send me what I ordered .

A couple of weeks go by and still no information about my store credit. I called to find out what's going on.They told me they would put in a request for my store credit and it was good for 90 days from the day it was requested.

Several weeks go by and I'm ready to put my store credit to use. They wouldn't include what I paid on my previous shipping into the store credit and they charged me a 5% restocking fee. Even though they said if the mistake was on their part they would include everything into the store credit.

This time I speaking with Nancy. She's ruder than Nicci. She tells me my store credit is good for 60 days not 90 days. She tells me the reason I'm charged the 5% fee and why the shipping cost is not included into the store credit is because I changed my mind about my purchase. The ad clearly says 36 sterling silver charm bracelets not 36 silver bracelets. She told they ran out of charm bracelets that's why I received 1 charm bracelets and 35 plain bracelets.

I told her someone should have tried to contact me. She tells me they are a salvage company they reserve the right to replace the merchandise any way they see fit. We mysteriously get disconnected

I tried calling several times right away and she picks up and send me straight to voice mail. I waited about an hour and she picks up says she would put in a request for my refund. I only receive 70% of my money. I was refunded 175.50 after placing severals calls to " Nancy" mind you I paid 249.00.

I am out 28 dollars for the cost of shipping both ways plus about 58.50 dollars for their 25% restocking fee for a total of 86.50, which is peanuts compared to some of the other people who were wronged by them.

CMD wholesale is My Web Wholesaler operating under a different name . Also in very fine print at the bottom of the site. It's says. There are NO GUARANTEES. CMD does not guarantee that products are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. There are no warranties expressed or implied.

This company under it's mywebwholesaler or My Web Wholesaler name has at least 32 complaints combined with the better business bureau. Under the cmd wholesale they got 5 complaints with BBB.

I guess hindsight is 20/20. Don't do business with them they will more than likely scam you out of your hard earned money. They are heartless sociopaths who prey on up and coming entrepreneurs.
