Hubman / Coexist Foundation being sued for 2M USD after Hubman falsley solicits the baseball star.
Tim Hubman, once again using a foundation as a front, strikes again!!!!!! Hubman, already a felon, and convicted of the "sale of unregistered securities" solicits a baseball star for 2 million USD. Hubman tells the baseball player if he gives Coexist Foundation 2M USD, Hubman can go out and create a baseball grant for kids in Florida - NEVER HAPPENED.
Furthermore, Hubman tells the baseball great that he will keep the money in his Coexist Acct
and will send it back at anytime.
NOW, 2 years later. Hubman testifed in a federal court last summer that he didn't keep the money in his Coexist account, invested it, lost 500K, but got 1.5M USD back - and guess what?? Hubman kept every penny.......Yes, tesitfying in federal court last summer he didn't return one penny to the baseball star, and further is just walking away from the law suit filed against him and his foundation.....sound familiar? Look at Hubmans past and past foundations - he id the same thing!!!!!
Now sources say Hubman is living in his house in Switerland - that he paid CASH for. Must be rough to rip a guy off 2M USD, buy a house in Switerland and walk around like a millionaire........where's the justice?? Better yet, if I was Hubman, I wouldn't be returning the US anytime soon!!!!! and if i did - I wouldn't let people know about it
HUBMAN needs a jail cell - and throw away the Key???
