Cole Plumbing and Heating Steve company cannot be trusted, Internet

My mother needed plumbing work done in her house with plumbing replacement for the house. Cole Plumbing was called and gave her three estimated to re-plumb the house and repair plumbing in the bathrooms.

The estimate the she chose was $20,000.  For that, the plumbing was replaced but she was left with two bathrooms that she could not use and remain in non-use as we speak. No plumbers, architects or contractors are in agreement that it would cost 20K to be left with non-working bathrooms. 

This work involved selling my mother a water filtration system, that is not fully understood that she needed.This company involved one of their contractors to help, removing drywall due to mold damage.  This left the bathrooms with exposed studs and disconnected plumbing.  

My brother-in-law has stepped in to help get the bathrooms back to functioning order. This reeks of preying on seniors.  My mother, with a great desire to get her home repaired, was talked into an expensive repair that is overpriced and will require additional work just to bring the bathrooms up to standard.  There are 5 people living in a house with just one toilet and a sink.

I urge you to not consider this company as they offer a good talk but give poor explanations about why certain work needs to be done, using phrases such as "band aid repair".
