Colortyme Unprofessional and RUDE Tampa, Florida

My husband and I have a flat screen and ps3 rented out from this location. From the start they were a bit shady. They're bill cycle ends on or starts on the 15 of every month, which is a little weird but w/e. we were told that we will be billed according to our paycheck schedule and was noted onto our account so there would be no confusion as to when we were supposed to pay our bill. The first 5 month we had them calling and trying to charge us late fees saying they haven't received a payment and we continuely have to remind them of when our bill date was scheduled and that we've previously discussed this and that it was posted on our account. All they had to say was "oh we forgot" or "oh we didn't see the note,sorry". And each time they'd call, they'd be extremely rude about it. Also when we first rented the tv, it didn't come with a remote and they said they would order one for us and to come back in 3 days. We called to make sure it was there before pickin it up and they said it still wasn't there and they'd call us when it arrived. We were changing the channel on the tv by hand for a month before they called and said the remote was in. My husband when to pick it up the next day and they said no its not here and we don't know why someone would call and say it was. Then a few days later someone left a rude message saying our remote was in and when were we planning on picking up because they've been waiting for us to come in. Mind you we've been waiting on "their" call. They also gave us a used playstation control and stated that it was a brand new (there was gunk in between the cracks of the analog sticks and scratches) . Our contract is only for a year (ends in late November of this year) and somehow when I ask how many more payments we have left there always seems to be more racked on then there should actually be. These people are schemers and try to belittle you if you don't watch your step. Buyers beware
