This so called company pays people do answer the phone and deflect customers by telling them what they want to hear for refunds due to customers.  The "so-called" company, which consists of a few operators answer the phones and lie that their service actually makes long distance phone calls from jail cheaper than average. In reality they get your credit card number, and 2 mins later your credit card has a 40.00 fee for a service that is either not-needed, or shouldn't apply. They pay these operators to tell you that you will be refunded the money in 5-7 weeks and I am on my 20th week of waiting. I have called their co several times and it is almost "pre-recorded, or written down for them.

They say they will e-mail refunds for you, but there is no management, no supervisor, no street adress to write to. they dont have a complaints dept and they give you a p.o. box 07368 ft meyers FL 33919 to write to.  A PO BOX!!!!! This is an outlandish, down-right scam, and i will NEVER recieve a refund. Lets face it, i got taken... but dont click on their website, or call them, it is a not-needed service, and global tel-link is reasonable enough per call. Jobs must be very hard to come by if you need to answer phone and knowingly lie to people and deflect the innocent.  It is a case of taking advantage of the uneducated in this matter.  How do they sleep at night?
