Continental Warrenty MEPCO Ripoff Misleading information regarding financing through MEPCO Malibu California

The over the phone Salesperson informed me that I would be covered during the period that I was "financing" or paying for the policy. What they FAIL to tell you is that if you incur a claim during the time that you are financing or paying on the policy that the amount of money that you pay for the repairs less the out of pocket deductible is paid to the FINANCE company Mepco to pay down the policy.

What a dirty underhanded conniving misleading policy. They say that you are informed of it in the HOW TO FILE A CLAIM SECTION, well I ask you who reads the how to file a claim before you actually have to FILE A CLAIM. They try to get you to spread out your payments like they are doing you a favor when all they are really doing is almost guaranteeing that you will never reap the benefits from the plan because chances are your mileage will run out while you are still paying for it.

The whole thing stinks, I hope to get a class action suit against them and I hope that others will join me! These people should be put out of business. I am telling as many people that I know and I am posting this on bulletin boards on the web so that I can warn people about this policy.
