CoolSavings uses deceptive, mixed messages to lead people into giving more and more information. They promise FREE items, coupons, samples, etc. but you are then enrolled into monthly purchases and must cancel or return items by deadlines that may be impossible due to other obligations. They also charge for shipping but do not tell you that it will be charged before you click the order button. Their site leads you into many other unwanted sites before you are given a possibility to cancel prior orders.
