This company contacted me in May 2006, spent 30 minutes convincing me they could sell my timeshare that week if I signed on and paid their fee of $899.00. I paid $300.00, then they charged my Visa another $200.00 without my knowledge or permission, and nothing was ever done to sell my unit. Then they wouldn't answer my emails or phone calls.

When I finally did reach them I was told that I couldn't get my money back until after one year had passed. I tried to contact them this week (after the year had passed)and found that they are no longer viable at the previous address and email addresses that I have for them. I would really like to get my money back!

After reading recent rip-off comments from additional people, posted after mine was posted in June 2007, it is apparent that a lot of us missed the Florida Attorney General's cut-off date of May 1, 2007, because we live out of Florida and were not notified of this class action suit against Copeland Marketing. Can anyone advise us of any recourse we have now?
