This company is Ran By David Simons Which Runs Newspaper Ads And over the Internet, Claiming to Obtain Corporate Credit and busines Sulotions. the Companys are the are post over the internet by other companies that sell coporation for example in response to ad placed by Company Sales Inc. Coporate Offices to obtain business credit in 8-10 days we were told it would cost $3500 for a shelf corp Josslyn Group and business credit would be obtained by him after sending him the money 6 months passed and nothing was being done the compnay was not his to sell and the duns number already had over 300,000 of bad debt againist it and then they said they would fix it with another corp and nothing has been done or are they able to do any thing it been 12 months david Simons rushed off the phone and says he will check on it and nothing i have asked for my funds back for this bogus company and have not received anything SO BE WARE total FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!

i was also scammed. corporate service aka central office inc, cashed my check and never provided services. now their phone is disconnected!
this group uses different names for their company.

David Simmons is a scammer and a liar. He told me he could get me funded in three weeks after a bought
one of his "worthless" aged corporation. That was September 2012! Nothing but lies and excuses and no
refund. Call the Irvine police department and make a report. I believe if there are enough victums then
hopefully they will do something.

THE COMPANY CLAIMS TO PROVIDE SHELF CORPORATIONS FOR SALE AND SAYS THEY PURCHASE THROUGH A PARENT COMAPNY DELWARE CORPORATIO.
